Claude Code

Run Claude Code as a cloud Agent

Give Claude Code a managed project environment that stays available beyond one terminal session. Teammates and other Agents can inspect the same saved files, results, and task context.

01 · Harness or model?

Know which layer you are choosing

A

The Agent harness

Claude Code is Anthropic’s coding Agent harness. It works from a project context, uses development tools, and supports interactive or programmatic workflows for understanding and changing software.

B

The model underneath

Claude Code is Anthropic’s coding Agent harness: the tool-using workflow that understands a project and changes it. Claude is the model family underneath. On Agent.Space, the harness and the compatible model are selected as separate layers.

02 · Two ways to run it

Native product or Agent.Space Workspace

Official route

Claude Code

Anthropic provides Claude Code across terminal, IDE, desktop, and web workflows. Native use follows Anthropic authentication, subscriptions or API billing, and the feature set of that surface, including its own rules for project instructions and tools.

Agent.Space route

Claude Code × Agent.Space

Agent.Space gives Claude Code a persistent cloud Workspace shared with teammates and other Agents. Files, Session records, and task context stay in one place, while the Claude Code harness and the selected model remain separate choices.

03 · Task fit

Choose it for the work, not the logo

Good fit

  • Explore architecture and reason across a large or unfamiliar codebase.
  • Plan and carry out multi-file features or refactors.
  • Review code, diagnose failures, and prepare a clear handoff.

Look elsewhere when

  • You specifically need an Anthropic-only surface such as a native desktop, web, remote-control, or messaging integration.
  • You need to administer every runtime, network, hook, or plugin detail yourself.
  • You expect an Anthropic plan or Claude Code entitlement to be bundled with Agent.Space.

04 · Current product boundary

What Agent.Space supports today

This page describes the current Agent.Space integration, not every feature the upstream vendor offers. The live Workspace controls remain the source of truth.
  1. 01

The current harness path accepts text and can accept images when the selected model and live Workspace controls also support image input. Session responses are text, and project changes remain in the shared Workspace files.

  2. 02

Compatible models and permission controls are limited to the choices visible when you create the Session; availability can change.

  3. 03

The selected model determines whether Agent.Space charges Share or Flex. Native Claude Code accounts, subscriptions, billing, and product surfaces remain under Anthropic's own rules.

05 · Workspace workflow

From a bounded task to a reviewable result

Claude Code is a strong fit when the task benefits from reading broad project context before making a careful change. Keep the plan, files, and review conversation inside one Workspace.

The shared Workspace keeps project files, Sessions, and review context together. Available Agents, models, and controls can change; check the live selector before starting.
  1. 01

    Gather the project context

Open the repository Workspace and make the relevant instructions, architecture notes, and constraints easy to find.

  2. 02

    Choose Claude Code and permissions

Select a compatible model and the permission behavior available for the kind of work you want it to perform.

  3. 03

Ask for a plan or an implementation

Be explicit about whether you want investigation only, a proposed approach, or changes plus verification.

  4. 04

    Inspect and hand off

Review the saved files and Session record, request a revision, or continue from the same Workspace with another person or Agent.
